Aleesha Young has established herself as a top female bodybuilder professional in the second half of the decade. Aleesha Young was born in the year 1984 in the family of sports. Her father participated in bodybuilding alongside her sisters and brothers. participated in hockey and other sports. Aleesha played soccer, softball and basketball prior to when she got into bodybuilding when she was 15. Aleesha received her pro card in 2014 following her win at the NPC USA Championships. Her first year of competition she did so in the year the year 2008. She also took part at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro, where she was ranked ninth. In 2015, she maintained her ninth place result. Aleesha was 6th place in both 2015 and 2016 during the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha was steadily improving since then she won her debut professional competition at the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after winning at the Chicago Pro Championships. The best WOS performance was in 2020. Her finish was fourth. The "World's strongest mom" took a break from training for medical reason.
